Turbo Live is a premium mobile data feature that lets you optimize your AT&T data experience at select live events in the United States. During your event, Turbo Live prioritizes your mobile data to help improve performance—even when network traffic is high. Turbo Live only enhances mobile data, not voice calls or text messages.

Where can I use Turbo Live?

Turbo Live is available at select events and venues in the U.S. Service works within the event’s designated area, including the venue and its immediate surroundings.

How do I know if Turbo Live is active on my device?

When Turbo Live is active, you may see a special Turbo Live icon or “alpha tag” on your device. Please note: This icon may still appear in some situations when Turbo Live is not providing prioritization (such as when you are on Wi-Fi).

Who can purchase and use Turbo Live?

Turbo Live is available to AT&T wireless customers with a 5G smartphone and on one of the following rate plans: AT&T Unlimited Premium® PL AT&T Unlimited Extra® EL AT&T Unlimited Starter® SL AT&T Unlimited Elite® EL AT&T 55+ Soon Turbo Live will be available to all AT&T customers and Non-AT&T customers with 5G smartphones unlocked by providers, with an open eSIM slot.

Which devices are compatible?

Turbo Live requires a 5G-capable smartphone. Tablets, wearables, connected cars, and other non-smartphone devices are not supported.

Is Turbo Live refundable?

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except if your event is canceled or postponed for more than 4 hours (see full terms for details).

What if the event is canceled or postponed?

You will receive a refund if your event is canceled or postponed for more than four hours. Check the full Terms and Conditions for specific details.
