Transfer billing responsibility

A transfer of billing responsibility changes the person who handles payments on an account. It moves your wireless, TV, internet, or home phone service to a new account owner.

You can transfer:

• Wireless lines to a new account owner
• Internet, TV, or home phone services to a new account owner

• You can’t transfer lines or services with a past due balance. 
• You must transfer all home services at the same time, and the service must stay at the same address.
