Learn how to manage the battery on your device. Taking care of your battery will extend your battery life.

From the Home screen, swipe up to view your apps.

Tap Settings

Scroll to Battery and device care.

Tap Battery and device care.
5.
Tap Battery.
6.
Tap Usage since last full charge.
From this screen, you can view details about how your battery power is being used.

Select an app to view more information.
8.
Tap the Back icon.
9.
Tap the Back icon again.
10.
Scroll to More battery settings.
11.
Tap More battery settings.
12.
Tap or slide the Adaptive battery switch to ON.
Adaptive battery saves battery power by limiting background access to apps you use less often.
