Check your email account settings
If you are having trouble sending and receiving email, your account settings including your mail servers may need to be verified.
1.
From a Home screen, tap Settings.
2.
Scroll to Accounts.
3.
Tap Accounts.
4.
Tap the email account listed you want to check
5.
Tap Account settings.
6.
Tap the appropriate address below General settings
7.
From the 'Server settings' section, tap Incoming settings or Outgoing settings to edit username or SMTP server.
8.
Tap DONE once your information is verified.
9.
You've completed the steps!
