Setting up your Samsung Health profile
Set up your profile in your device's health app so that it can make better activity and exercise suggestions for you. You can edit your profile as needed, for example if you lose weight you can edit your weight.
1.
From the Samsung Health main page, scroll to Settings.

Tap Settings.

Tap Profile.
4.
Tap Gender.
5.
Select your gender.
6.
Tap Date of birth.
7.
Swipe up or down to select your month.
8.
Tap Day.
9.
Swipe up or down to select the day.
10.
Tap Year.
11.
Swipe up or down to select the year.
12.
Tap Done.
13.
Tap Height.
14.
Swipe up or down to select your height in centimeters.
15.
Tap Done.
16.
Tap Weight.
17.
Swipe up or down to select your weight.
18.
Tap Done.
19.
Press the Back button.
20.
Tap Units.
21.
Tap Distance unit.
22.
Select your preferred distance unit.
23.
Tap Temp. unit.
24.
Select your preferred temperature unit.
25.
Tap Water unit.
26.
Select your preferred water unit.
27.
You've completed the steps!
