Inserting and removing the nano SIM card
Learn how to insert, remove, and replace a SIM card in your device.
1.
Unscrew the back cover from the device.
You must have a nano SIM card inserted in your phone to place calls, access the internet, download apps and share pictures over your carrier's network.
2.
Remove the back cover.
3.
Remove the battery.
4.
Slide the SIM card tray cover down and pull the cover toward you.
5.
With the gold contacts facing the front of the phone, insert or remove the micro SIM card from its slot while pushing down the grey stopper.
A micro SIM card may already be inserted in your phone.
6.
Press the tray cover back and slide it up to lock it.
7.
Replace the battery.
8.
Replace the back cover.
9.
Screw the back cover securely into place.
10.
You've completed the steps!
