Using accessibility shortcuts
Accessibility shortcuts allow you to have direct access to certain device functions from the shortcut option. These can include swiping actions or button actions.
1.
From the Home screen, swipe up to view your apps.

Tap Settings.
3.
Scroll to Accessibility.
4.
Tap Accessibility.
5.
Tap Advanced settings.
6.
Tap Volume up and down keys.
From this screen you can make changes to your accessibility shortcuts.
7.
Select your preferred service.
You may need to tap Allow to continue.
