Enabling Quick Share
Nearby Share is a feature of Google's mobile and desktop operating systems Android and Chrome OS that allows data to be transferred via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It allows the rapid short-range exchange of images, videos, text, contact info, directions, YouTube videos, and other data.

From the Settings app, tap Connections.

Scroll to Quick Share.
3.
Tap Quick Share.
4.
Tap Who can share with you.
5.
Tap or slide the Visible to nearby devices switch to On.

You've completed the steps!
