Toggling cellular data off and back on
Since a personal hotspot uses your cellular data to provide an internet connection to other devices, simply toggling cellular data off and back on again may help resolve minor issues.
1.
From within the Settings app, tap Cellular.
Cellular may be called Cellular Data or Mobile Data depending on your device.
2.
Tap or slide the Cellular Data switch OFF.
3.
To turn Cellular data back on, tap the switch again.

You've completed the steps!
