From the Home tab, tap Let’s fix it from the Your network is offline For You card.
Tap Get started.
The Virtual Assistant will attempt to solve your issue with a variety of questions and prompts.
These questions and prompts might slightly differ from these screens.
The Virtual Assistant might take some time to diagnose your error to provide you with the best prompt/response for your issue.
Tap Enable.
The Virtual Assistant will prompt you to set up Internet Backup if its never been set up before. If it has already been setup and it is toggled off you will receive different prompts leading you to toggle it on.
Tap Enable again.
Tap the I have read... checkbox to agree to the terms.
Swipe to enable Internet Backup.
If the customer has not accepted permissions when they first downloaded the Smart Home Manager app they might need to allow push notifications.
