From the apps screen, tap the Workout icon.
You can view your apps in a list view if you prefer.
Scroll to view more workouts.
Tap the Menu icon on a workout to customize it.
Select a workout.
The workout will start automatically.
To end a workout, swipe from left to right.
Tap End.
From this screen you can also lock your Watch or pause the workout.
Scroll to Add Workout.
Tap Add Workout.
Scroll to and select a workout type.
Tap on the newly added workout.
