Using the Support section
The Support tab allows you to find answers to common questions directly through the app.
1.
From the MyAT&T app main screen, tap the Devices icon.
2.
Select the device you'd like to view.
3.
Scroll to Unlock this device.
For this tutorial, we're finding information about unlocking your device, but you can tap Go to billing & account support to solve anything you need assistance with or to contact a MyAT&T support specialist.
4.
Tap Unlock this device.
After this step, select a result to proceed with your request.
5.
You've completed the steps!
