Turning on and changing Flash notification settings
Your device can flash its camera light, or the screen itself, whenever you've received a new notification.
1.
From the Settings app, scroll to and tap Accessibility.

Scroll to Flash notifications.
3.
Tap Flash notifications.
4.
Tap or slide the Camera flash switch to ON.
5.
Tap Screen flash.
6.
Select your preferences.
7.
Tap Done.
8.
You've completed the steps!
