Inserting and removing the nano SIM card
Learn how to insert, remove, and replace a SIM card in your device.
1.
Locate the combined nano SIM / SD card tray on the left side of your device.
You must have a nano SIM card inserted in your phone to place calls, access the internet, download apps and share pictures over your carrier's network.
2.
Press the card insertion/removal tool into the combined nano SIM / SD card tray pinhole and push in until the tray releases.
3.
Slide the combined nano SIM / SD card tray out of its slot.
4.
Insert or remove the nano SIM card into or from the tray with the gold contacts facing the back of the phone.
A nano SIM card may already be inserted in your phone.
5.
Press the combined nano SIM / SD card tray back into its slot until it clicks, making sure it's secure.
6.
You've completed the steps!
