Connecting to a Wi-Fi network
Follow along with these steps to connect to Wi-Fi.
1.
From within the Settings app, tap Wi-Fi.
Using Wi-Fi can deplete your battery power faster than your carrier network connection.
2.
Tap or slide the Wi-Fi switch to ON.
3.
Select a network to join.
Wi-Fi hotspots may have security limitations. If necessary, enter a password and tap Join.
4.
Tap the Info icon beside the Wi-Fi network you would like to edit.
5.
From this screen you can perform a variety of actions:
- Forget This Network - Forget the network from your device.
- Auto-Join - Enable to auto-join the network when in range.
6.
You've completed the steps!
