Changing your voicemail PIN (or password)
Learn how to update your voicemail security. Whether you’ve forgotten your current credentials or simply want to refresh your security, this guide walks you through the steps to reset your PIN (or password).
1.
From the Settings app, scroll to and tap Apps.
2.
Scroll to and tap Phone.
3.
Scroll to and tap Change Voicemail Password.
4.
Enter your new voicemail pin.
5.
Tap Done.
6.
Re-enter your new voicemail pin.
7.
Tap Done.
8.
You've completed the steps!
