Requesting a transfer PIN for your wireless or internet accounts
A Transfer PIN is generated in order to transfer your existing wireless number to another service provider.
1.
From the Home tab, tap the Account icon.
2.
Tap the Settings icon.
To switch between accounts, tap either Wireless or Internet.
3.
Tap Manage or remove account.
4.
Tap Settings.
5.
Scroll to and tap Request a new PIN.
6.
You've completed the steps!
