Turning Wireless Account Lock (WAL) on or off
Enabling Account Lock is a great way to prevent fraudulent activity and limit unauthorized changes from occurring on your account.
1.
From the Home tab, tap the Account icon.
2.
Scroll to and tap Wireless account lock.
3.
Swipe from left to right on the Swipe to lock icon to lock your account.
If you have more than one account, you will need to select which account you'd like to lock or unlock to see this step and the following steps.

To unlock your account, tap Unlock account.
5.
You've completed the steps!
