Running a speed test on your device and refreshing its connection
Learn how to check your network health to identify connectivity issues, test your connection speed, and more.
1.
From the Services tab, select the device you'd like to view.
2.
Tap Support.
The Check your speed section may only be clickable when disconnected from Wi-Fi and connected to Cellular.
3.
Tap Check your speed.
You can also Refresh your device's connection to improve network access and connectivity by tapping Refresh your connection.

You've completed the steps!
