It’s easy to reset your foundation account PIN or password if you have:
- Wireless service and use AT&T Premier or myAT&T for Business, you may have to reset both your foundation account PIN and an account password.
- Internet or phone service and use the AT&T Business Center, you only have to reset your account password.
Important: If you’ve never signed in to an account, you’ll have to register your account first.
AT&T Premier
Foundation account PIN
Before you begin, be sure to have the following details handy: company name, billing account number, first and last name, and wireless phone number.
- Go to AT&T Premier.
- Select Forgot username, then Chat.
- Enter foundation account PIN.
- Select Get foundation account PIN help.
- Follow the chat instructions to reset your foundation account PIN.
Account password
To get started, make sure you have the username and email address associated with your account profile.
- Go to AT&T Premier.
- Enter your Username and select Continue.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter the required details and select Continue. If we can validate the info, we'll send an email with a link to reset your password.
- Select the button in the email, then follow the prompts to reset your password.
myAT&T for Business
Foundation account PIN
For help with your foundation account PIN, call us at 800.288.2020 or 611 from your AT&T mobile phone.
myAT&T account password
- Go to myATT for Business.
- Enter your User ID and select Continue.
- Select Forgot password.
- Enter the required details, then select Continue.
- Choose your verification method and follow the prompts.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
AT&T Business Center
Business Center password
To get started, make sure you have the last name and email address used when the account was activated.
- Go to AT&T Business Center.
- Enter your Username, then select Continue.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter the required details and select Submit. We'll send an email with a link to reset your password.
- Select the link in your email and follow the prompts to reset your password.
