Transfer your eSIM from Android (while setting up your device)
From the device's initial setup, after selecting a language, tap Pixel or Android device.
Make sure your old device has a secure screen lock enabled, and is on the most recently released software version. You may be asked to connect the two phones together with a cable if your wireless connection is slow.
Scan the QR code with the camera of your old device to begin your eSIM and data transfer.
You may also be prompted to tap Set up on your other device to begin your eSIM and data transfer as well.
Enter your old device's PIN, and tap the Next icon.
Tap Continue setup.
Select the eSIM you would like to transfer, and tap Transfer.
After you transfer your eSIM, it will no longer work on your old device.
Tap Next.
Follow the on-screen prompts to finish setting up your device and to complete the eSIM transfer.
You've completed the steps!
