Using Quick Actions to message or call others
Use 3D Touch to quickly reply to a message. You can use this feature from the Lock Screen, Notification Panel, or on a notification popup at the top of your screen.
1.
From within the Contacts app, touch and hold a contact.
2.
Select a communication option.
The options you see will vary based on the details you've entered for an individual contact.
