Inserting and removing the nano SIM card
With the device powered off, locate the finger notch on the bottom left of the back of your device.
Remove the phone's back cover by lifting from the finger notch.
You must have a nano SIM card inserted in your phone to place calls, access the internet, download apps and share pictures over your carrier's network.
Slide the micro SD card out of its slot, if you have one.
A nano SIM card may already be inserted in your phone.
Slide the nano SIM card in or out of the slot with the gold contacts facing the front of the phone.
When removing the nano SIM card from your phone, use the sliding lever at the bottom of the tray to push the card from its slot before removing it the rest of the way.
Replace the micro SD card, if you have one, with the gold contacts facing the front of the phone.
Align the back cover with your phone and press down each corner until it clicks, making sure it's secure.
