Backing Up and Restoring Your Phone

From the Home screen, drag down the Quick Settings panel.

Tap Settings.

Scroll to BlackBerry Protect.
4.
Tap BlackBerry Protect.

Scroll to Restore.

Tap Restore and follow the onscreen prompts to restore your device.
