Syncing Accounts
Some accounts that you have on your device will allow you to sync contacts from the email address to your device.
1.
From the Contacts app, tap the Menu button.

Tap Settings.
3.
Tap Contacts.
4.
Tap Accounts.
5.
Select an account.
6.
Tap the account name.
7.
Tap Sync Contacts.
8.
You've completed the steps!
