Placing a Video Call
Make a video call with Google Hangouts. The contact you are calling must also be video chat enabled.
1.
From the Hangouts app main screen, tap the Plus sign icon.

Tap NEW VIDEO CALL.
3.
Select a contact.
4.
Tap the Video icon.
5.
You've completed the steps!
