Blocking and unblocking a contact
If you no longer want to receive text messages or phone calls from a contact, you can block their number on your device. This however does not prevent the contact from leaving voicemails.
1.
From the Home screen, tap the Messaging icon.

Tap the Menu icon.
3.
Tap Settings.
4.
Tap Blocked numbers.
5.
Tap the Plus sign icon.
6.
Tap Contacts.
7.
Select the contact you would like to block.
8.
Tap DONE.
9.
To unblock a contact, tap the Trash icon.
10.
Tap REMOVE.
11.
You've completed the steps!
