Inserting and removing a microSD card
Locate the back cover screw on the back of your device.
Inserting a microSD card can increase the amount of available memory for apps, photos and music. Your phone doesn't come with a microSD card.
Unscrew the back cover from the device.
Remove the device's back cover by lifting from the finger notch on either side of the back cover.
Remove the battery using the finger notch.
Slide the microSD card tray cover from right to left to unlock it.
Lift the microSD card tray cover.
A microSD card may already be inserted in your phone.
Insert or remove the microSD card into or from the tray with the gold contacts facing the back of the phone.
Close the microSD card tray cover.
Slide the microSD card tray cover from left to right to lock it.
Replace the battery, matching the contacts on the battery with the contacts in the battery slot.
Replace the back cover, pressing on each corner to make sure it's secure.
Screw the back cover to the device.
