Use the AT&T Device Help app to quickly confirm whether your device is up to date. Before downloading updates, ensure you’re connected to a reliable Wi-Fi or cellular network for a smooth experience.

View software version
1. Swipe down from the upper right corner of the screen, then select the 
Settings icon.
Settings icon.2. Scroll to and select About tablet, then scroll to and select Software information.
3. Android version and Baseband version will be displayed.
Check for updates
1. From the Settings screen, scroll to and select Software update, then select Download and install.
2. If an update is available, follow the on-screen prompts to perform the update. If an update is not available, select the Back arrow.
