It’s easy to reset your foundation account PIN or password if you have:
Important: If you’ve never signed in to an account, you’ll have to register your account first.
Foundation account PIN
Before you begin, be sure to have the following details handy: company name, billing account number, first and last name, and wireless phone number.
Select Forgot username, then Chat.
Enter foundation account PIN.
Select Get foundation account PIN help.
Follow the chat instructions to reset your foundation account PIN.
Account password
To get started, make sure you have the username and email address associated with your account profile.
Enter your Username and select Continue.
Select Forgot Password.
Enter the required details and select Continue. If we can validate the info, we'll send an email with a link to reset your password.
Select the button in the email, then follow the prompts to reset your password.
Foundation account PIN
For help with your foundation account PIN, call us at 800.288.2020 or 611 from your AT&T mobile phone.
myAT&T account password
Enter your User ID and select Continue.
Select Forgot password.
Enter the required details, then select Continue.
Choose your verification method and follow the prompts.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Business Center password
To get started, make sure you have the last name and email address used when the account was activated.
Enter your Username, then select Continue.
Select Forgot Password.
Enter the required details and select Submit. We'll send an email with a link to reset your password.
Select the link in your email and follow the prompts to reset your password.
What is a foundation account PIN?
A foundation account PIN is a 5- to 7-digit number used to verify your wireless account when you call us. We sent you an email with the PIN when you signed your AT&T Mobility contract or were added as an authorized contact.
FYI: Each authorized contact for your organization will have their own foundation account PIN.
How are a foundation account PIN and a password different?
A foundation account PIN is used to verify your organization’s wireless account when you call AT&T.
A password is unique to your account profile. It’s used to authenticate your access to manage your account online.
