Edit a contact

1. On the home screen, open the All tray, and then select Contacts. 
2. Scroll to the desired contact, and then select .
3. Edit the contact information as desired. 
4. When complete, select . 

Delete a contact 

Create, edit or delete a group
NOTE: Outlook contacts will not synchronize with the BlackBerry device. They must be created from the device.

1. On the home screen, open the All tray, and then select Contacts.
2. Press the Menu key, and then scroll to and select the desired option:
    
• New Group
1. Enter the desired group (distribution list) name. 
2. Press the Menu key, and then select Add Member.
   NOTE:  Alternatively, tap an empty area of the screen, and then select Add Member. 
3. Select the desired contact. 
• NOTE: If there are multiple addresses associated with the contact, scroll to and select the desired address.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add more members the the list.
5. When complete, press the Menu key, and then select Save Group.
   NOTE:  Alternatively, tap an empty area of the screen, and then select Save Group.
      
• Edit Group
1. Highlight the desired group (distribution) list from the address book. 
2. Press theMenu key, and then select Edit Group.   
   NOTE: Alternatively, tap an empty area of the screen, and then select Edit Group. 
3. Scroll to the desired group contact, press the Menu key, then then select the desired option: 
• View Member: View a group member's details. 
• Change Member: Remove a member from the list, and replace it with another contact.
1. Scroll to and select the desired replacement contact.  
• Delete Member: Remove a member from the list.
1. A confirmation screen will be displayed.  Select Delete. 
• Add Member: Add a member to the list..
1. Scroll to and select the desired contact.
4. Press the Menu key, and then select Save Group.
   NOTE:  Alternatively, tap an empty area of the screen, and then select Save Group.
     
• Delete Group
1. Highlight the desired group (distribution) list from the address book.
2. Press the Menu key, and then select Delete Group.
   NOTE:  Alternatively, tap an empty area of the screen, and then select Delete Group.   
3. A confirmation screen will be displayed. Select Delete. The group will be removed from the contacts list.
   NOTE: Deleting a group does not delete individual contacts from the address book.
