Customer is eligible to receive a reward card in the amount of their actual ETF rounded up to the nearest $10 increment. (For example, if ETF from previous internet provider is $125, customer will be eligible for a $130 reward card. If ETF is $260, customer will be eligible for a $260 reward card.) Reward Card amount based solely on the previous provider’s internet service ETF/cancellation fee only and does not cover any additional taxes, service fees, return equipment fees of other charges billed by previous provider. Reward Card amount does not cover any ETF/cancellation fee incurred on services bundled with internet service.  Offer excludes select MDU residents, AT&T Employees/Retirees.  One switcher reward card offer per customer service location within a 12 month period.
