By activating or using the eSIM by AT&T service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these eSIM by AT&T Terms and Conditions, the AT&T Consumer Service Agreement (CSA) at att.com/ConsumerServiceAgreement , and policies and documents that are expressly referenced and incorporated into the CSA, including any Consumer Service Summary provided to you, AT&T’s Privacy Notice (at att.com/privacy), Acceptable Use Policy (at att.com/legal/terms.aup.html), and any other documents or terms specifically referenced in the applicable General Terms and Service Terms. READ THE CSA CAREFULLY because it requires you and AT&T to resolve any disputes by binding individual arbitration and waive our rights to jury trials and class actions.
Service Features, Eligibility & Compatible Devices
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital version of the traditional SIM card that allows you to activate certain AT&T wireless service without a physical card or chip. eSIM by AT&T is a data plan for compatible smartphones only. Each plan includes an amount of hotspot data which is also activated at the same time as the eSIM. You are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchasing this service. Your device must be eSIM capable, carrier unlocked, 5G-ready, and dual SIM-enabled with an open eSIM slot. See att.com/eSIM for details.
This is a data-only service plan that does not include talk or text. No voice calls or SMS/MMS messaging are supported. Voice or text messages sent through third-party applications may incur additional data, wireless, or service charges.
Security and Privacy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. eSIM profiles are tied to device identifiers and may require account authentication for changes or transfers. Personal data used during activation, such as IMEI and account information, will be handled in accordance with AT&T’s privacy policy.
Data Usage & Network Management

Hotspot use requires a compatible device and your eSIM by AT&T plan includes up to 5GB of highspeed data hotspot use per line with purchase, regardless of the selected duration of service purchased. You cannot purchase additional hotspot data to be applied with this service during the period of an existing eSIM by AT&T plan. After 5GB, hotspot speed is slowed to a maximum of 128Kbps for the rest of the connectivity duration purchased, and hotspot usage will be impacted and not fully functional.
Coverage & Service Area
Unlimited data is available for use in the United States (Domestic Coverage Area), Mexico, and Canada. North America plans cover the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Network quality and coverage are not guaranteed. Domestic off-network data speeds and roaming speeds in Canada and Mexico may be limited to 2G. 5G service requires a compatible 5G device. Activación
To activate service, you must register with a valid email and manually switch the data line in device settings. Activation requires a stable internet connection and may take up to 15 minutes. If service does not activate, you should power cycle your device. Activation of service with eSIM by AT&T is available only during the time selected at purchase.
Plan Duration
Service for eSIM by AT&T terminates at the end of the selected duration unless a top-up option is purchased. Available durations include 1, 7, 15, or 30 days. A day is defined as a 24-hour period following service activation. Customers may download their eSIM up to 7 days before the time selected for eSIM by AT&T service. If you download your eSIM and fail to activate it within 30 days of download, the eSIM will expire and a new eSIM will need to be purchased.
Payment & Refunds
A one-time payment is required at the time of purchase and can be made via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit/debit card. Refunds are only issued if the eSIM fails to download or activate. Any failure to use the product following purchase will not result in a refund. This product is not part of the AT&T Guarantee.
Restrictions & Limitations
Plans may be country-specific and subject to availability. These plans are subject to fair use policies, including potential speed restrictions. You must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities, and promotions or referral programs must not be exploited through fake accounts or identities. Service duration is tied to the validity of the plan, and AT&T may suspend service without notice for violations of terms. You may delete your eSIM at any time, but this is discouraged until after the plan expires. Deleting the eSIM terminates service, and you must repurchase a plan to regain access. Additional information may be required for regulatory compliance. Once a region is selected, you cannot add extended coverage; a new plan must be purchased for the desired region. eSIMs cannot be transferred to another device and are only valid on the device used for purchase. If you lose your device, a new eSIM must be purchased for any replacement device. Maximum of 90 days of consecutive service.

Turbo Live by AT&T: Provides customers present at and during a specified event the ability to optimize their rate plan’s premium mobile data allotments to performance data by enabling customers to prioritize their data traffic for these allotments to help the performance of their data connection, even during busy times on the network. Turbo Live does not provide additional data allotments, network coverage, or upgrades to voice calls or messages. Actualiza datos únicamente. Turbo Live Icon: The Turbo Live by AT&T indicator (or alpha tag) is an icon that may be displayed on your device indicating that your line is subscribed to Turbo Live and active. This icon may sometimes appear when Turbo Live is inactive (such as when you’re using Wi-FI or after you’ve exceeded applicable data conditions)(learn more at att.com/turbo-live).

Turbo Live is available to all AT&T customers and many non-AT&T wireless users who have 5G-capable smartphones. The service is not available on non-AT&T carrier-locked smartphones as well as all tablets, wearables, connected cars, or other non-smartphone devices. Some customers will also need an open eSIM slot for successful download and setup; this can be managed in the operating system. Certain network features, such as radio spectrum-dependent benefits, may vary by device, plan, or local spectrum availability.
Activation, Coverage, and Service Area:
Activation may take up to 15 minutes after purchase and becomes active only when activation is complete and your device is registered on the AT&T wireless network. Turbo Live is active only during the scheduled event window, which may be dynamic and subject to change according to the event. If an event ends earlier than scheduled, service may be terminated at AT&T's discretion. The service operates exclusively within the event's designated location (within the venue and the immediate surroundings as determined by AT&T for each event/location). Leaving the coverage area for a Turbo Live event for an extended period of time-typically more than 10 consecutive minutes-may result in Turbo Live being paused or deprovisioned without refund; check event details for specific thresholds.
Inventory and Setup:
The number of open slots may be limited for each Turbo Live event. For those who pay at sign-up, event inventory (seat count) is reduced only after successful payment. If AT&T setup fails after payment, inventory is not reserved, and you will receive a refund.
Pricing, Taxes, and Availability:
Turbo Live pricing may vary by event and location, and taxes and fees may apply. Prices, availability, and features may change at any time without notice.
Billing:
You may have to pay when you sign up. You might see a one-time charge and matching credit if you prepay. If your payment authorization fails, the credit may be removed, and the charge may stay on your bill. You are responsible for valid charges.
Device Changes, eSIM Deletion, and Transferability:
Switching devices or deleting your Turbo Live eSIM before the event will prevent Turbo Live from working on your device. To use Turbo Live on a new device, you must buy it again (if available). The original purchase is not refundable. Turbo Live is non-transferable and tied to the device/eSIM on which it was purchased and set up.
Cancellations, Postponements, and Refunds:
Turbo Live purchases are final, non-refundable and non-transferable, even if you do not attend the event or fail to activate your eSIM. If an event is canceled, you will receive a refund. If postponed for more than four hours due to force majeure (such as severe weather, safety, or government order), you will receive a refund. If an event is moved by broadcast/rightsholder scheduling decisions before the event day, it is considered canceled, and a refund will be issued; you must repurchase for the new date or venue. Flexed start times within the same calendar day do not generally qualify for refunds. Card or third-party payment refunds may take 3-15 business days after internal processing.
Emergency Prioritization and Public Safety:
In emergencies or public safety situations, AT&T may reallocate resources or alter traffic management to support FirstNet and law enforcement. Turbo Live may be reduced, paused, or terminated without notice or refund if that happens.
Notifications and Receipts:
By using Turbo Live, you consent to receive service-related communications, including email receipts and notices. Email receipts may be sent even if you have disabled in-app notifications. Some in-app messages may also be sent to keep you informed about set-up and event status.
Changes to Turbo Live or These Terms:
Service, features, availability, pricing, terms, and restrictions for Turbo Live may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. The Turbo Live Terms in effect at your purchase time govern that purchase, unless otherwise stated. The CSA governs how future changes to its terms may apply to you.
