Outreach & Initiatives
Tackling accessibility across the board
National leaders in assistive technology, aging and cross-disability issues make up AT&T's Advisory Panel on Access & Aging (AAPAA). In support of continued improvement at AT&T, this expert panel provides its ongoing review of how we are doing on all issues related to accessibility.
Living true and doing what is right
AT&T team members from a variety of perspectives, roles, and locations across our organization support, educate and collaborate regularly as part of the Accessibility and Inclusion Initiative. This driven, compassionate team connects regularly to share updates, expertise and best practices across topics as diverse as facilities, human resources and web site development.

Creating a culture of understanding
Ability is AT&T's Employee Resource Group dedicated to creating a culture of understanding, awareness, advancement and advocacy for individuals with disabilities. Through efforts designed to advance, educate and advocate, Ability supports the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace and the community.
