Law enforcement, EMS personnel, firefighters, 911 communicators and emergency managers and their families are eligible for the FirstNet and Family. The active first responder must be the primary wireless account holder to qualify.

Retired law enforcement officers, firefighters and their families are eligible for the AT&amp;T retired responder discount. The law enforcement officer or firefighter retiree must be the primary wireless account holder to qualify.
