	<li>Within 6 weeks of activation of qualified service, eligible customers will be sent a Reward Notification email with instructions for claiming reward their reward on the AT&amp;T Reward Center &ndash;&nbsp;www.att.com/rewardcenter.</li>
	<li>Reward must be claimed by the date noted in the email (75 days from the date email was sent).</li>
	<li>Reward invitation expires if not claimed by the date noted in the Reward Notification.</li>
