AT&T INTERNET Fee Schedule (Consumer)

This AT&T Internet Fee Schedule (Consumer) (the “Fee Schedule”) sets out certain additional fees and charges (either monthly recurring fees and charges or transactional fees charged based on a request or transaction, each generically an “AT&T Fee”) applicable to AT&T Fiber, AT&T Internet, AT&T Fixed Wireless Internet, and/or AT&T DSL services (each, generically, an “Internet Service”), as identified in the table below, which Internet Services are subject to the AT&T Consumer Services Agreement available at https://www.att.com/legal/terms.consumerServiceAgreement.html. Unless otherwise specified, these Fees are in addition to any monthly recurring charge due for your Internet Service plan.

This Fee Schedule is part of the AT&T Consumer Services Agreement. Terms not otherwise defined herein are defined in the AT&T Consumer Services Agreement.

The AT&T Fees are listed below in Section I (Monthly Recurring Fees) and Section II (Transactional Fees). This is not an exhaustive list; there may be additional fees or charges that potentially apply to your Internet Service. AT&T reserves the right to change the AT&T Fees, increase or decrease the AT&T Fees, or impose additional fees as permitted by the AT&T Consumer Services Agreement by publishing an update to this Fee Schedule to www.att.com/ConsumerInternetFees.

The AT&T Fees listed below do not include applicable taxes, which may vary by location. Please note that AT&T Dial Up services have been discontinued. If you have any questions, please call 800.288.2020.

The following fees are effective as of January 23, 2022

I. MONTHLY RECURRING SERVICE FEES AND CHARGES

The AT&T Fees listed in this section will be applied monthly and are in addition to the monthly recurring charge for your Internet Service plan.

II. AT&T TRANSACTIONAL FEES

The AT&T Fees listed in this section include Fees that will appear for specific requests or transactions related to your Internet Service or account. These Fees are in addition to any monthly recurring Fees.

Fees Related to Billing or Payment Transactions

Payment Convenience Fee Up to $5 per Bill / Payment Per transaction fee if you make your payment with the assistance of an Authorized Retail Agent, Customer Service or Collections Representative.
Restoral Fee Up to $35 per Service / Restoral A fee payable when you restore your service after it is placed in a minimum service state or suspended for non-payment.
DSL Modem / Wireless Gateway Fees
DSL Modem / Wireless Gateway (See Notes*) N/A N/A N/A * There is a one-time cost of purchasing a Modem or Wireless Gateway for use with AT&T DSL service. Modems purchased from AT&T cost $75 and Wireless Gateways cost $100. You may also have the option to purchase your own Equipment.
