    Awful customer experience and hostile attitude from the manager, Alex Moses. I visited the store over the weekend for a customer service issue -- the associate called retail store support and opened a case, but I didn't hear back and have been unable to get a status from 611. Alex said he couldn't call anyone which simply wasn't true -- he just didn't seem to want to bother.

    I ordered a pre-owned phone that was unlocked and had to go into the store to get it activated (needed a SIM card) with my phone number. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning. They opened up on time and took me immediately. I wish I could remember the gentleman who helped me, he was so helpful. I was done within 10 minutes. I came home and did the transfer and I am all set. Thanks so much.

    After ordering two upgrades for my existing lines on my AT&T account, I chose to pick up the new phones at this location and what ensued was the biggest display was ineptitude and dereliction of duty I've ever experienced in a store. What was supposed to be a routine pickup and walk out, resulted in these morons taking it upon themselves to activate both new phones while they were still boxed. Now, this may not seem like a big deal but it is a big deal when one of the new upgrades belongs to my wife's line who was all the way in New York and now had a phone with no service and no way to reach our nanny or kids.When I brought this to the staff's attention I was treated by the most lackluster, don't care attitude, that I've ever experienced at a retail store. After the employee who did it had no answer, the "manager" Russell proceeded to take ZERO ownership of his staff's actions and basically told me it wasn't his problem. I told him, I was never told this would happen nor did I request they activate the phones prematurely. He answers "that's what happens when you order online", which I know to be completely false and was later confirmed to me after I called AT&T corporate and complained about this store's actions and Russell's complete lack of professionalism in dealing with the situation. I was told by AT&T that not only did Russell completely fumble the issue, he DID have a way to fix it if he "had been properly trained to be a manager".I had to leave before I blew my top and ended up on the evening news, but I promise you, Russell, your actions will not go unaddressed. I was given all the necessary information by AT&T corporate to report your actions and your staff's actions and I intend to. The stress you put me through, being an AT&T customer for over a decade, was completely uncalled for and you are not fit to be a manager of that store, let alone a taco stand.
