Went to upgrade my phone, the first thing the guy said was "we have no Wifi in this store" I looked at him like "forreal" then he said our Wifi is not compatible to apple" which made no since. Is I was a new customer he would had help me to get that sale. I believe he wanted to help the other customer behind me thinking it was a sale.
