How to update your contact info

FYI: If you have account lock turned on, you can’t edit your contact details. Learn how to turn off Wireless Account Lock or manage Business Account Lock.

  1. Go to your account profile. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select Account info, then Edit to update your email, phone number, or address. 
  3. Follow the prompts to make your changes.
  4. Check your email inbox for an email from us to confirm your email address. Don't see an email? Make sure to check your spam or junk folder.

If you have wireless service, we may also send a verification code to confirm your changes. Keep in mind:

  • Your user ID and any linked accounts may have different info. Update each one separately. Try to use the same phone, email, and address for all your accounts. This makes it easier if you need to call us for help or reset your user ID or password.
  • We send payment confirmations to the email address for your ID when you pay online. Learn how to update the contact email for your ID
