Turbo Live by AT&TSM boosts wireless data at select U.S. events and venues for eSIM users on any mobile network.

With an eligible AT&T Wireless plan, you can get Turbo Live passes for up to 10 events at a time.

You’ll get a premium data connection, with performance [MM6.1]uploads so you can live stream the event, share photos and videos, and use your favorite apps. The amount of data you use doesn’t take away from your monthly data allotment.

Requirements

To get AT&T Turbo Live, you need a 5G-capable smartphone and an eligible plan under Unlimited Your Way:

  • Current plans: AT&T Elite 2.0, AT&T Premium 2.0, AT&T Extra 2.0, AT&T Value 2.0, AT&T 55+
  • Retired plans: AT&T Unlimited Premium PL, AT&T Unlimited Extra EL, AT&T Unlimited Starter SL, AT&T Unlimited Premium, AT&T Unlimited Extra, AT&T Unlimited Starter, AT&T Unlimited Elite

Troubleshoot

If Turbo Live by AT&T isn’t working:

  • Turn off Wi-Fi®: Turbo Live only works on the AT&T cellular network, not on Wi-Fi.
  • Check your location: Make sure you are within the event venue or its immediate surroundings.
  • Confirm activation: Allow up to 15 minutes after purchase for Turbo Live to activate.
  • Still not working? Restart your device and try again.
  • Need more help? Select Chat when available.

Don’t have AT&T Wireless or an eligible AT&T Wireless plan? You can still get Turbo Live with the Connect on Demand app. You’ll get unlimited Turbo Live data during your event.

Troubleshoot

If Turbo Live by AT&T isn’t working, try these options.

Turn off Wi-Fi®: Turbo Live only works on the AT&T cellular network, not on Wi-Fi.

Check your location: Make sure you are within the event venue or its immediate surroundings.

Confirm activation:

  • Allow up to 15 minutes after purchase for Turbo Live to activate. It could also take up to 15 minutes for the eSIM to download
  • Make sure you have a compatible device
  • Device must be a 5G-capable, unlocked smartphone with the Turbo Live eSIM is provisioned

Switch your data line:

iPhone

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Cellular, then Cellular data.
  3. Select your downloaded Connect on Demand eSIM for data.
  4. Leave default voice setting as your primary (home service provider) eSIM.

Android

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Network and internet, then SIMs.
  3. Choose the Connect on Demand SIM and select Use this SIM for data.
  4. Leave talk and text set to your home service provider.
