I want to know how many calls were transferred to a particular toll-free number using AT&T Transfer Connect Service. Is this information available through the Analyze and Monitor Call Data tool?

No, the Analyze and Monitor Call Data tool does not report how many calls were transferred to a particular toll-free number using AT&T Transfer Connect Service. However, you can work around this limitation by establishing a unique toll-free number at the "transfer to" location and tracking both the originating and the "transfer to" numbers in the Analyze and Monitor Call Data tool. Under this arrangement, the caller's originating phone number will appear on two data records. By creating a customized report and sorting on originating number, you would see the two calling records, one after the other, in your customized Analyze and Monitor Call Data report. This would be evidence of an AT&T Transfer Connect call. With this type of arrangement, you would be charged for two call records.
