How do I change my own password?

Follow these steps to change your password:

  1. From the AT&T BusinessDirect® home page,
    • Click on Edit Profile
    • Select Manage Profile
    • Click on Change Password under the User Profile section.
  2. Enter your Old Password and the new password in the Enter New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
  3. Click Save Changes to submit the new password information.

You will see a message confirmation screen that the changes have been made.

In addition, you or your company administrator will receive offline notification of the password change.
