How can I get my list of trouble tickets to sort with the most recent tickets at the top?

If you use the AT&T eMaintenance tool for Transport Services (i.e., voice and data services), when you choose Ticket Status from the main menu bar, the results will always appear with most recent trouble ticket on top.

If you use the AT&T eMaintenance tool for Managed Services, simply choose Descending when you sort the trouble tickets.
