Why am I getting all of these emails, phone calls or letters from AT&T telling me about changes to my account?

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has mandated that telecommunications carriers establish procedures and controls to protect consumers against unauthorized access to or disclosure of Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI).

As part of this requirement, AT&T BusinessDirect® must notify users of any changes to their:

  • Password
  • Security Questions/Answers
  • Email address
