The AT&T BusinessDirect® eBill tool does not provide online call detail for AT&T VTNS and AT&T OneNet® services. Customers needing call detail for these services should use the AT&T Billing Edge software. For more information on AT&T Billing Edge, please contact your AT&T Account Team. However, the AT&T BusinessDirect® eBill tool does support an AT&T Alternate Media subscription, which is an alternative that enables you to receive this call detail via a CD/DVD or an electronic feed.
