Is there a demo for the Analyze and Monitor Call Data tool?

Yes, once you are logged into AT&T BusinessDirect®, you can access the Analyze and Monitor Call Data demo by selecting Training & Site Support from the top navigation bar. Under "Training", select AT&T BusinessDirect® Learning Center. Under "Performance Reporting Tools", select Analyze and Monitor Call Data.
