From the AT&T eMaintenance home page, go to the "Alarms and Testing" box on the left, click on Run/Schedule Test, and select one of the various input criteria - circuit ID, circuit alias or DLCOI - and enter the appropriate information. Then click on Submit. Proceed with the form that pops up, selecting the location and clicking on Submit. Alarm information will appear for the circuit location selected.

Alternatively, you can select Circuits/Create a Ticket in the top blue navigation bar of the AT&T eMaintenance home page, and use the "Wild Card Search String" to search for the circuit from that point.
