How do I remove an AT&T BusinessDirect user ID?

Please note that you can remove a user ID only if you are an AT&T BusinessDirect® Company Administrator.

From the AT&T BusinessDirect home® page, click on Edit Profile, then select Manage Profile and click on View User Profiles under the User Profile section. Select the user ID you want to remove and click on the Remove User button on the bottom of the page.
