Can I select my own due date when submitting a Voice over IP (VoIP) order in AT&T eOrder?

Yes. AT&T eOrder allows you to select a customer-requested due date when submitting an order for AT&T Voice over IP Service. However, there are certain minimum time frames associated with each order type. An AT&T Order Manager will review your requested due date during the technical assurance call and advise you whether the due date you requested is viable.
